agar-agar powder 5g
jelly powder 10 g
water 700g
sugar 200g
coconut milk 400g
condensed milk 100g
red bean paste 500g
pandan essence 2 teaspoons
colouring 1 teaspoons
Methods:- Boil the water.
- Mix well the agar-agar and jelly powder together with the sugar.
- Add the mixture into the hot water.
- Add in coconut milk, condensed milk and pandan essence.
- Stir it well and make sure all the mixture is dissolved.
- Add in the colouring.
- Pour the mixture into the moulds and let them to cool down.
- Once the mixture is halfly solidified, add on the red bean paste and fill it up with the mixture.
- Leave the mixture to be solidified and keep it into the fridge before it is served.
Notes:
- Besides red bean paste, you can also choose other pastes, such as lotus, yam, durian, pumpkin etc. according to your own preference.
- Highly recommend you to choose the AYAM BRAND pasteurised liquid form coconut milk if you are using the instant coconut milk.
