Satisfied my little tummy with mama's "special" home dishes..
Deep-Fried Porky-Fishy Ball - A mixture of pork and fish meat, coated with corn flour batter, seasoned with salt & light soy sauce..Usually, mama will cook it with sweet-sour gravy but not for today..Is my bro's favorite dish as he likes deep fried stuff..LoL..^^
Stir-fried Hong-Kong Mustard - Ordinary stir-fried mustard with garlic..Mama and I are veg-lover..Both of us can finish 1/2 kg of veg in 1 meal..I finished the whole plate..KeKe..>o<*
Steamed Red-Snapper - Topped with chopped garlic, ginger, cili-padi plus the seasoning fish sauce..Every time when i go back home, mama sure will prepare a steamed fish dish for me..Luv Luv..>u<*
Chicken Herb Soup - Is a common scene we watch in the Hong Kong drama whereby a Mum serve her child with a bowl of hot soup..So does my mama..Although i know how to cook this soup, it is still lack of mama's taste..Snipzz..Yum Yum.. >v<*
