.JaPaNese CuRRy with BirdNesT BeeHOon.
Ingredients:


.Carrots. .Tomatoes. .Onions.
.Potatoes. .Celeries. .Garlic.
.Japanese Curry Pack.
.Bird-nest Beehoon .

Methods:
  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Heat the frying-pan & add in some oil.
  3. Add in some garlic & stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add in all the chopped vegetables & stir-fry them well.
  5. Add in some water & stew until the potatoes become soft.
  6. Add in the Japanese curry pack & stir it well with the vegetables.
  7. Boil some water & put in the birdnest beehoon.
  8. Once the beehoon is cooked, drain out the water.
  9. Pour the curry on the cooked beehoon and serve it.

Notes:

  • Add in some chicken or beef according to your own preference.
  • Don't add it too much water when you cook the potatoes.
  • The birdnest beehoon texture is a bit different from the normal beehoon. It has a special mouthfeel. For those who never taste it before, no harm to have a try.
